About Tuan

In consecutive roles, I provide guidance and assisted sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. I determine client's needs and financials abilities to propose solutions accordingly. I perform comparative market analysis to estimate property's value while displaying and marketing real property to possible buyers. I deliver assistance to clients in understanding market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related maters. I have involved in making more money for seller and provided better discount to buyer through excellent negotiation skills. I have attained client satisfaction and received more referrals from past clients by providing exceptional and dedicated services. I am a mortgage advisor with Promised Rate LLC to help clients to understand the mortgage process. We are brokers for residential mortgages, Commercial loans, SBA loans and have contracts with many wholesale lenders nationwide. I provide home buyer analysis and mortgage planning to buy or refinance your house or help clients to get commercial loans or SBA loans to buy a commercial property . My additional work experiences in Life, Health, Auto and Property with HealthMarkets and Superior Access Insurance Services would help clients to comprehend the aspect of insurance needed for the property or a business. I was graduated with a Bachelor degree in Mathematics from Southern Methodist, a Master degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Medical degree from Spartan Health Sciences University School of Medicine. I was a Project Engineer, Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, Associate Analyst with Rockwell International, General Electric and Computer Sciences Corporation. I am currently a land broker for the vacant land owners for lands in North Port, Florida and Palmdale/Lancaster in California if any client is interested in purchasing vacant lands there for investments. I am also a licensed realtor with 999 Investments and Realty in Southern California. My personal hobbies are listening to music, playing piano and taking care of my pets including Anna ( a beautiful macaw) Bob and Rocco ( crested cockatoos), Sparky ( a Siamese cat), some other small birds (cockatiels, lovebirds, parakeets, canaries, doves, green cheeks conures), and some freshwater fishes.
